I have changed my Babies R Us Wish-list to a Baby Registry. I've been told my Wish List was to hard to find. The link will be in this post, and also at the right of the blog page. You will have to search with my name or Matt's name. We are basically going to have to start all over on items, as everything we have is almost 5 years old and been sitting in storage. This could cause safety issues..

Us girls will be making a trip to Anchorage in about a week and a half. There are things I hope to be able to pick up from Babies R Us there. Anything I get I will remove from my registry. The problem will be getting big stuff back on the airplane...

We took the girls to their first high school football game tonight. Although it was cold, they loved yelling and cheering!

16 Week Appointment
I had my 16 week appointment last Monday. With all the craziness of our friend Rushell having baby Jack on Wednesday morning, I am just now having time to post about it.
My appointment went very well! I am measuring right where I should and baby's heartbeat was in the 150's. I won't go back to the doctor until my 24 week appointment.
Hollie and I were fortunate to be in the delivery room when Baby Jack was born. It was the most wonderful experience. It makes me that much more excited for February.

Wishlist & Gender Poll
I've had a few questions on things we want/need for the baby, so I started a Wishlist (NOT a registry) on Babies R Us under my name. The link is listed to the side of the blog. Unfortunately, since Savanna will be almost 5 by the time this baby arrives, a lot of the stuff we have is outdated or expired. Who knew that car seats expire? I am planning on gradually buying things so I don't have to buy a lot at the end. As I purchase things, I will remove them from the list. The list isn't huge and right now there isn't much but big items on there, but I will add things as I realize what we need.
I also put a poll on the blog. I am curious to what everyone thinks the gender of the baby is. I am hoping to find out in 3-4 weeks, or before us girls make our Anchorage trip. I would love to be able to buy gender specific while we are shopping. People have asked my "symptoms" based on old wives tales for gender. I had nausea, fatigue in 1st trimester, lost 8lbs at the beginning and have only gained back 2, and the heart rate is consistently in the 150-160's (that's what my at home Doppler tells me). I have felt the baby move a little the past couple of days.
