Savanna loves the dentist (unlike her mom and dad). She was so excited to go for her cleaning and such a good sport!

New Adventure...

I am officially a Thirty-One Independent Consultant! It's a new adventure I am going to attemp to make us a little extra money since I will be a stay at home mom.

Thirty-One sells all kinds of totes, bags and organizational items. I ordered Lyla's baby bag from there and I loved it (even personalized it with her name). This is what really turned me on to it. A friend of mine, LeeAnn Durbin sells it, and she has been more than helpful with my 10o questions.

Wish me luck! I have never been one to like "parties" but this is my exception to the rule. It's items I actually use, which is why I love it so much.

Today was Savanna's first day of ballet. Her costume hasn't been delivered so we had to make do with what we had.

32 Weeks

Today was my 32 week baby check-up. My fundal height measured 34cm, so 2 weeks ahead of where I should be. My doctor said I'm on the "high side of normal". We won't talk about my weight gain...it was not pretty and I am blaming it on the holidays (she did say the weight gain and fundal height do not have anything to do one another, so I can't blame the weight gain on that either). Lyla's heartbeat was in the 140's. She is head down and low, which is good, but the doctor said she still has time to flip (which we don't want!). Overall, a great appointment! I go back at 36 weeks, on January 30th.

A lot going on in the next several weeks...My last day of work is January 27th and I will then become a stay at home mom! Matt should be home in early February. Savanna's last day of daycare will be February 17th, and my mom will be here February 18th. Lyla will make her grand entrance at some point during all this chaos, hopefully after Matt is home and before my mom arrives (or right after she arrives). Let the craziness begin!
